Global warming nowadays is controversial topic to many scientists as well as ecologists. It is not only individual problem but also global issues. In order to understand the issue and gravity of this problem, it is important to grasp the essence of global warming. Nowaydays,when the life is gradually more competitive and it seems to be harder to survive .None better than one we understand how urgent equipment of skills is.We not only learn the knowledges(technique skill) in school but also need more the soft skills that no college,no university in our educational system

Ambition
A person without any ambition in life is like a ship without a rudder. He has no destination. He does not have the urge to make a start. He reaches no where. He is tossed about like a straw in the wind. He achieves nothing in life. So everybody should have a certain ambition in life. Simply having ambition is not enough. However, a person sets an ambition before themselves, but does nothing to achieve it, his ambition is no more than idle dream.
